MUNICIPALITY ŠTRIGOVA

Municipality Štrigova is the leading Partner in CSA – CycleSeeing Attractour. It covers 44.79 square kilometers of northern Croatia in Međimurje County.

The Municipality includes ten villages: Štrigova, Banfi, Jalšovec, Grabrovnik, Železna Gora, Prekopa, Sveti Urban, Stanetinec, Robadje and Leskovec having the population of almost 3000 residents. The seat of the municipality is in Štrigova.
Štrigova is a place with picturesque landscapes where people form the shape and give meaning to the agricultural and wine-production, cycling tourism and hospitality, to religious and musical program. The arrangement of space and society is monitored in the State Archives for Međimurje, which has its headquarters in Štrigova, in a building from 1912.
The highest point in Municipality of Štrigova is the Mađerka hill, which will, acquire the Bike info center with lookout tower, due to the project.

ŠTRIGOVA TOURISM BOARD

The Tourist Board of the Municipality of Štrigova is a local organization that operates on the principle of destination management. As the name suggests, it operates in the Municipality of Štrigova.

It was established in 2003 to promote and develop tourism and the economic interests of legal and natural persons who provide services in tourism or perform other activities directly related to tourism.
Some of the most attractive tourist attractions of the destination are the Church of St. Mary Magdalene, the Church of St. Jerome – a monument of zero category with invaluable frescoes by baroque painter Ivan Ranger, chapels, mansions, Mađerkin breg, numerous tasting rooms and vineyards of Međimurje Wine Road. The added value of Štrigova is achieved by numerous events, such as Urbanovo and the Art Colony, which are organized by the Štrigova Tourism Board throughout the year.

Municipality Nagykanizsa – Nagykanizsa Megyei Jogú Város is one of the Partners in CSA – CycleSeeing Attractour. It covers 148.40 square kilometers of southwestern Hungary, having the population of almost 48000 residents. .

The historic city center with Erzsébet Square, the many faces of culture and art, the experience-rich environment, the special public buildings and churches, historical monuments and diverse events provide visitors the opportunity for relaxation and entertainment.
The Boating Lake in Nagykanizsa is a popular recreation centre, which will, acquire the Eco visitor center with bike pump track, due to the project.
